Zumba:

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Each Zumba class we mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Boot Camp:

A fitness boot camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.

This 1-hour boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands), and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout, so no two boot camp sessions are the same.

BODYSTEP:

In a BODYSTEP workout, you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups, and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there are heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

Each of the music tracks in a BODYSTEP™ class has a specific exercise focus. Together they create an energizing, full-body workout. This is class is 1 hour and caters to all fitness levels. You can increase or decrease the intensity of the workout by modifying it.

SH’BAM:

Each 45-minute class is vibrant, unique and varied, featuring 12 tracks of chart-topping popular hits and simple but seriously hot dance moves. SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you’re dance challenged.

Hip Hop:

Our 1-hour Hip Hop class teach rhythm, coordination, musicality, and choreography without suggestive music or movements. Students are challenged to think on their feet while enjoying an energetic and fast-paced dance class. Our Hip Hop dancers develop focus, strength, and agility while having fun.
